Keith Harrison founded Total Home Technologies in 1992 while studying aerospace engineering, bringing an engineer’s mindset to an industry that was still largely focused on selling individual products. Over the next three decades, THT grew into one of the Northeast’s most established residential technology firms, earning repeated recognition from Control4, Sony and ProSource for performance, innovation and long-term leadership in the category.
Keith also became an early advocate for a different way of serving homeowners: building ongoing relationships through leasing, support and recurring service rather than treating every project as a one-time equipment sale. That thinking helped shape what Total Home Technologies is today, a company built around engineering, long-term support and making sophisticated technology easier to live with.
